Very unprofessional work performed in the installation of my new HVAC unit. The installers failed to take any protective measures to protect my home during the installation of the HVAC system, and they did extensive damage to my home. The company has failed to make the promised necessary repairs to my home.

Great job by Ebens service. Notification and photo of service technician when they’re in the way, polite and considerate upon entry using feet protectors, serviced, cleaned and disinfected inside as well as outside unit. Definitely recommend!

Being my first experience with Ebens I was cautious. I’m a retired residential property manager from Florida so I had extensive experience in ac service. First the fact that the technician called and the company sent me a notification text with his photo regarding his expected arrival, very encouraging. The technician arrived as scheduled and was very thorough and professional. The service was extensive and tests were performed that other companies charge additional for. All in all Ebens will be my ac company going forward and will be the company I recommend to residents in our community and local associations. Thank you Ebens
