Very professional, I've had them for years and they are an excellent company.

It went extremely well. Systems are old and some significant issues were identified and promptly rectified. Now feel comfortable for the future operation.

Jim Smith, owner, gave sound recommendations to match my existing condensor. He also steered me to another contractor who replaced the moldy wood and drywall. He co-ordinated the instalation with the other contractor and the air handler was installed with only one day without air. Because we do not live in FL in the summer he recommended a flushing device to prevent any leakage in the future. Very professional. Very responsive.

They came same day, diagnosed the issue and got the house cooling again. Came back with the part the following day and changed out the malfunctioning part. I couldn’t ask for a better team of people to help me with my Air Conditioning needs. I’ll continue to use them.

Jim came out and went above and beyond the call of duty. Great pricing and great work. He came to my house two days before hurricane Irma hit and stayed for 14 hours till the job was completed. I would recommend him to all my friends. Plus I am having him do all my maintenance on the unit from this point on. I had 5 A/C company to my home and not one of them go up in my attic to look around at my duck work or offer a heat assessment but Jim did found out my duck work was all wrong and my old A/C unit was under powered for my home. In the 11 years that I've owned my condo and dealt with many different ac companies, Jim and his step son were the most professional company I have ever dealt with. They surpassed my expectations by leaps and bounds of any company of any type that I've dealt with from the beginning estimate to the install and even coming back to add in something to comply with city regulations. The price was fair for the great results. Why did I choose this company? Because Jim gained my trust to be able to do this job right and accommodate my personal health issues. He not only had knowledge of how to deal with the areas that I brought up but had some great solutions every step of the way. He also went above and beyond ensuring that we could minimize some of the typical issues associated with a major equipment install. I was able to leave my condo and let them do what they do and come back for several items. They were also able to do the job by a specific time (they finished before) so I could in turn have another company come in and clean. My condo and I are nice and cool and I definitely recommend this company a thousand times over.

We have been without A/C for eleven days I did a search to find another Goodman Dealer near me and found them, went by the shop and meet Jim explained what had been going on and Jim personally came out and fixed my issue he and his wife made me feel like a top priority right off the bat!!!! We have two homes with a total of 5 A/C units and we spend much of our time up North.  We had two old units quit at one home and another one stop at the other home all in the same week.  Jim and his team got out faster than any other company I called, diagnosed the issues, and got the new units installed in no time while tenants were in both homes.  The tenants could not have been more complimentary of their work and professionalism.  The units are working great and I have had them out for our remaining two units for servicing and they are always prompt, helpful, honest, and fair.  I could not recommend them enough!  They deliver a great product and a greater service.

I called on a Saturday when I noticed a/c was not working.  Jerry was very knowledgeable and prompt and arrived at the house within 2 hours of my call. He fixed the issue quickly for an excellent price.

Another company came out first and said it would cost about $1000 to fix it. I called Comfort Zone A/C for a second opinion and they said that was incorrect. They took it apart and explained to me why I don't need what the first company suggested. They fixed it for about $150 by putting in new Freon. Needless to say, I was not happy with the first company, but I would definitely recommend Comfort Zone!

Great experience. The owner, Jim, is very honest, personable and professional. They replaced our air ducts and did great job. The house gets much cooler now. Will be using them for yearly maintenance too.
