PATTY IS THE PROBLEM. She had me wait at home 3 days and yelled at when I called to find out what is going on. She IS THE WORSE thing that can happen to BENNETT & SONS. She is why they have so many bad reviews. She is the worse PROBLEMATTIC PROCRASTINATING PILLAGING PERNICIOUS PESTILENT and just TOXIC for this business

Chris came out to provide bi annual service our two ac units. The 23 year old unit needed to be replaced. It's almost Easter and we are having a house full of out of town family. Patty in the office coordinated the replacement in 5 days working through our Home Warranty....not an easy task. Harry Bennett made sure we had the correct size unit. The installer's did an amazing job in a very tight space. We are so grateful for their kindness, understanding and professional hard work. We highly recommend them.

They have come to my home 3 times to repair my A/C unit for the SAME issue, and it keeps breaking down every 3-6 months. They care more about money than they do customer service, and anyone who is considering this business should ABSOLUTELY contact someone else. This company is completely unprofessional, especially the woman in charge.

I reached out to Harry the owner. Reminded him of the first time he came out and did some work for me. I let him know about the problem and what the expert told me. I told him about my mold damage. He said " what do you want from me"? I asked him to fix it and make it right Then after that he cursed me out and told me not to call him again.

They were excellent. It was very reasonable. They took care of me very well. They did a great job.

This is the company that our home warranty insurance sent to repair or replace our air conditioner. When they first came out they found multiple leaks and put in freon. We paid them the copay of $75. They notified the home warranty and suggested the unit was too old and not fixable. The home warranty sent them back to find out how many leaks. During that visit the freon had leaked out and so they added more. We did not have to pay another copay of $75. Several days later I got a call from the home warranty and they said they would replace the unit and I was responsible for the non warranted items that totaled $410. Those items were for a new pad outdoors, float switch, thermostat, duct work, removal of freon, and disposal of old unit and packaging. I am very pleased with the service and I highly recommend this company for heating and a/c repair or replacement.
