I purchased their maintenance agreement $150 as the tech walked me thru all the items my previous HVAC company, maintenance plus, never touched. My air handler had mildew growing in it!! My father is on Oxygen, it's just mind boggling that others take advantage of you. TL;DR I recommend you hire this company and purchase their maintenance agreement."
