"I requested an estimate for sod and they were here within two hours. Estimate was reasonable. Tim was professional and knowledgeable. Original installation date was rescheduled due to rain. "John and his wife gave me an estimate on Saturday afternoon, for detaching/scarifing my St. Augustine lawn. They recommended it be done in March. They also do other landscaping, so they came back Monday, with their adult daughter and did a great job weeding and trimming 3 bushes."

"We needed some trees trimmed back in our yard. Sunbird Properties was one of three estimates. When we met with Jim at our home, he displayed excellent knowledge of his trade, and he knew exactly what we wanted as we explained it to him.
