They are clearly experts at their craft who care about quality and doing things the right way. They did a thorough chimney inspection and identified the needed repairs. They documented these via multiple photos taken on site which they subsequently emailed to me. Andrea and Reiner provided a detailed estimate, along with an approximate (but accurate!) time frame for when the custom-ordered chase would arrive. Shortly after it came in, they returned and did the repairs. They provided me with photos that they took as they did each step of the repair process and we reviewed these after they completed the work so I understood exactly what they did and why. Overall, the work done was excellent, the price was very fair, and the overall experience was very positive. It was a pleasure doing business with this hard-working team!"

"roof leaking. they don't return phone calls will not honor warranty .And to. top it off the roof failed inspection and I cant get a co. went to place of business and gave them copys of the hole in my roof which they shingled over and now I have black mold and will need to replace insulation and drywall. The reason for the new roof in the first place"

"They gave the highest bid amongst all companies that submitted bids. They also were not going to include plywood in the package price but would be a separate charge. I was warned by so many people including realtors that I know that they have been increasing their prices recently which the company confirmed. I really wanted to give them a chance to work with me so I called and asked to negotiate. They were not willing to nor did they counter. All the other companies I've contacted did re-negotiate. Next time anyone comes to me nor my realtor friends for recommendations, I will definitely tell them to steer clear of this company. Thank goodness there are a lot of other companies to choose from and some are even higher rated than this company."
