roof leaking. they don't return phone calls will not honor warranty .And to. top it off the roof failed inspection and I cant get a co. went to place of business and gave them copys of the hole in my roof which they shingled over and now I have black mold and will need to replace insulation and drywall. The reason for the new roof in the first place

We hired Wescott Roofing Jan 2017. Overall experience was very very good. Roof looks great! Office manager Karen was very attentive and kept us informed every step of the way. We ran into an issue with the supply company running out of the shingle that we chose AFTER they did the tear off of our roof. However, we were sticking w/our shingle choice and waiting for them to come in. Big storm was supposed to hit us while waiting for our shingle delivery, and the Owner came out himself on a Sunday to tarp our roof (just in case). Once the shingles came in they were here promptly to finish our roof , and cleaned up terrifically! Thank you and would hire again. Plus, they had the best price out of the 10+ companies I received bids from which was definitely a bonus.

I contacted the office on Monday and she told me that she could have John do the inspection on Tuesday between 1-3 and I requested he call before he goes, It was not unitl 415pm when he called and said he could not do the inspection until Wednesday. I never heard from him on Wednesday that the inspection was complete. Thursday was Thanksgiving. I called again on Friday and left message with no return phone call. Called Saturday with no return phone call. I called on Monday 4 times and left a message with no return phone calls. Finally at 445 pm I got a hold of the office and they said someone would be out on Tuesday morning. No one ever went out on Tuesday morning, they never called to confirm or touch base with me as the homeowner. It took a week for the service to be completed after multiple calls. No one ever called me back after leaving multiple message, no one called to tell me the work was complete. I received an email with the letter and a bill for 150 dollars. I will no longer be calling Wescott Roofing or referring their services.

Excellent. He came by for estimate exactly when he said he would.  He beat the other estimate by almost half. He replaced rotted wood, looked for any mold due to leak, also any wet or molded insulation as he would have replaced that as well.  Matched the shingles that were on the roof - I could barley tell where the new area was. Had I not known there was damage there I might not have been able to tell at all. He also was able to recommend another provider to do the inside had I needed it, but because there was no mold gave me some other options to try before replacing the popcorn ceiling.  Overall I would without a doubt use him again or for an entire roof in need be. I would recommend him without hesitation. I am very pleased and appreciate the work and his courteous nature, as well as his staff was well mannered and polite. I joined Angie's list because I am a single parent and I am concerned about the people I have come into my home.  I was completely comfortable with this company the were well groomed and professional.

Westscott Roofing replaced our old roof with a new roof, also did some patch work for our pool deck covering. John and his crew did a great job in a timely fashion, price was right and I have already referred him to two or three other friends of mine who reported to me his company did great job on their roofs also.

Nothing stood out about them. Their work didn't meet my expectations because I had to get the roof repaired again.

They were going to raise the price by 3.5% if I paid by credit card. They were hard workers.

They did a good job.  The crew was wonderful and they worked really hard to complete the job as soon as possible.  I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
