Roofer showed up and said the roof is too tall and left. Seems like a roofer would be able to get on a roof as part of an implied task. Either way, we got a refund and moved on.

Certified Quality Roofing, also known as Certified Construction Contractors, replaced our roof in July of 2012. They did a great job, and we are very happy with our new roof. We feel our new roof added so much to the beauty of our home. The owner of the company, Michael Smith, is extremely honest, knowledgeable and very professional, We very much appreciate all he and his crew did to make sure there was minimal impact to our everyday routine and that during the process, they kept the area free from nails and trash. We would highly recommend them.
