"The salesman Dennis, don’t believe him, you will never see him again. He said they wouldn’t start a second job until ours was finished, either he or his partner would be there every day, and how they wouldn’t leave until we were satisfied with everything. None of those things happened. The job was scheduled to go for 10 days. The three-person crew that started were great. Then Tim started pushing us to remodel the kitchen, or our second bathroom. I told him no. That is when everything changed. The next day we had a one man crew. Everything turned into an argument. Tim refused to install baseboards in the bathroom, even though they had removed them, or rebuilt the walls. Tim said it wasn't in the contract so he wasn't doing it unless I paid more. I will admit that baseboards are not mentioned in the contract. Neither is caulking, drywall texture, or painting. All of which they did without question."

We came in to coordinate projects related to plumbing, electrical and carpentry. I had three companies/contractors for each category scheduled to come in and review the projects and give me quotes. Trying to schedule 9 contractors is like trying to herd cats, but it got done, even though there were some time variations on when they came out that day, all but a few showed up. I always like to meet and get multiple bids on any projects I have for my home. The inspection report for the home showed many electrical issues (over $10,000 worth). Of the three electricians who came out. Only William Schultz from Positricity spent several hours going over my needs and making safety recommendations for what needed to be done. Before he left that day, I had his quote in a PDF sent to email in box. The others spent less than an hour and tried to up sell me items I thought about but weren’t on my punch list. He also gave me the name and brochure of the Pinellas Executive Association which his company is a member of and seemed like a good organization of professionals.
