I was always kept abreast of those issues, informed of what COULD be done and given their suggestions of how to rectify the problem so I could make informed decisions. "Jeff was very patient, responsive and thorough while working on this project.  What should have been a quick and simple sink and faucet replacement turned into a project requiring multiple days to complete due to defects and poor quality in the faucet kit I had purchased to be installed.  Jeff came out on two extra visits to fix a leak which had developed because of the cheap faucet kit.  Jeff was able to modify what had been included with the kit to make it a leak-free plumbing system.  I was very happy with Jeff's commitment to make sure the job was done correctly and to full satisfaction.  It has been several months now and I still have no leaks and am very happy with the new sink and faucet.  Based on this experience, I have several more projects I plan to hire Jeff for.
