They were very unprofessional after work they performed was not satisfactory to home owner prior to listing. Basically feel like they took my money and ran. They refused to redo work errors that were caused by their staff - i.e. tear in bathroom floor upon installation, install ceiling fan crooked, etc. I am sorry I hired Turning Point, would never hire them again or refer anyone to them. Be very careful if you do business with them as they seem very professional and on top of things in the beginning, but that quickly changes. Fine in the beginning, but when I raised issues that caused concern to the work the performed it was all excuses and blaming of the client. I am taking them to small claims court over this because they refused to work with me. I gave them ample time and opportunities to fix their errors, but they won't. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction?
