He came back when he said he would. As I never had this happen before I cannot comment on cost as I had no idea what this type of service would run. I will say that Tim was upfront and a genuine gentleman and I would recommend him. My house is rodent free thanks to him!"

"The technician inspected the home on the interior and exterior, then applied the termite treatment externally. He did not need to drill holes under the concrete slabs as he was able to remove the plugs that were in the holes when the property was originally treated. He needed to borrow my watering hose as his was not long enough to make it all around the property, but rolled it up neatly when he was finished. He also mentioned that he saw some evidence of other pests that I should monitor.
