Todd, Operator and President of Pest Assured responded to me almost immediately about my problem. He was knowledgeable and closed or sealed every area off for any future mice. He also returned three times to check all areas of traps. I hired him to do a every three month service which includes coming out when needed. Todd responded quickly to our need for termite control while we'd not been able to get any other local company to respond or provide a quote for the work. He inspected and scheduled treatment within a week of being contacted, was professional and respectful of our concerns about chemical pest treatments, and we look forward to an ongoing relationship with his company. I never write reviews, but Todd is worth the time.
