"I waited many weeks to post this, to make sure I didn't post out of anger. I've used Blake for many yrs. Il've literally paid him thousands. I am posting our last correspondence. Blake didn't inform me that he didn't have his cameras until AFTER I agreed to quote and AFTER he was finished for the day. That concerned me, as he usually has them up for a few days, sometimes a wk, to make sure squirrels are allout. He came back 2 days later and closed the holes. *pictured are his 'fix'. After a few days of concern, I called to ask about the $550 charge without cameras. He stated, "that's what I charge". I said that was ok. If he felt it was fair, I'd respectfully accept it. In less than 3 wks, another hole was made. When I let him know, I was shocked at his response. I own my own business, and wouldn't still be here after 26yrs if I treated clients this way. Anyway. did some research and found how easy (and inexpensive!) To get your own materials and do it yourself! (' help others on how, if you'd like to know). I didn't realize that he had been happily patching rotten wood, to ensure himself continues business. Blake seems very nice and soft spoken, Beware."

After having several other pest companies, including the well known ones come to my home and tell me I had no termites, I almost couldn't believe what they were saying. "RUN DO NOT USE. It took just about 1 year to build which was not expected. Was suppose to be about 6-8 months. Was able to move in with a punch list of problems that was to be addressed within 30 days. It’s been 18 days and I still have no power to two ceiling fans no working light in the toilet area of master bathroom, no weather stripping in front door so I have to buy my own to keep the A/C in and the bugs out. Back door was installed with a gap in the floor that you can actually see the outside. They shimmed up the doors so it was level but never filled in the gap to keep the Florida heat and bugs out. He was a sales agent that you deal with through the whole process but once you get to the end she has no idea what goes to what. I asked about the extra light switch in bedrooms she had no idea. Asked where do you but the A/C filter she had no idea. Asked about this new septic tank they put in she has no idea. So when you have a walk through this is we’re you are told all the details about the house. She has no idea. Was told I would have to get with the company who put it in. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I would not recommend buying from Carson Building & Development, LLC they do not communicate any problem to the companies that put in your tile, flooring, septic, well company. I called almost all and none knew of the issues. Please do not trust this company."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! In August of this year I signed on to have pest control services performed on a quarterly basis. Gave Heather my credit card information to cover the quarterly charges. She told me that my card would not be charged until after services were performed. The tech came out the first time to spray inside the house but didn't remove any of the nests. I let it go. At the end of September, I noticed that a charge went through from Regional Termite and Pest Control. I reached out to Heather several times with calls and texts. Nothing. I'm in the process of having the charge disputed."
