"Tim was very responsive and explained everything he was going to do. He checked and double-checked for any entry points the rodents could possibly get into the house. He came back when he said he would. As I never had this happen before I cannot comment on cost as I had no idea what this type of service would run. "Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."
