They made sure every single bat was gone before they collected the final payment even though it meant coming out 4 to 5 times. They were very fair with the pricing, especially since bat exclusion is very expensive. They explained the process in great detail, so much so that it made us realize that the other company who quoted us would have illegally removed the bats, keep in mind they’re federally protected, & we the home owners could have gotten in trouble.
