"Called night before. Discussed the job ie if emergency. Someone would call at 8:00 A.M. Raul called promply at 8:00. Discussed the time, and job. I told him noon would be fine since I needed to replace floor of kitchen sink cabinet. He showed up,on time looked at old sink, realized that the old stub from wall was wrong figured out the best way to re pipe the waste pipe. Checked his truck for the proper fittings. Went to local plumber store for missing fittings did job. Impressed that he thought to changed that stub out from the wall. Has been incorrect for a long time."
