"In 2013 They installed a new water heater in my house. Unfortunately last Saturday we could not get hot water anywhere in the house. We called them since they have a 24 hour service but their hourly rate is about 150% more than regular so we decided to wait, and made an appointment for their next available regular day which was just two business days later.
