It was very easy to engage Juan of AWT. He quickly analyzed my situation and proposed a good solution, which I accepted. The project was completed in just two days. Juan sent George, who was very efficient and handled everything smoothly without needing to call in another technician. I’m very happy with the entire process from start to finish!

Juan the owner called me around 9 am, a few minutes after I placed the service request. I told him that my Well Pump had stopped working and needed to be replaced. He knew that without that pump we had no water in our house. When I told him the that the pump was Gloud 1 1/2 hp pump, he said that he had it in stock. He then told me that the installation would be around $250. Juan told me that he had a job in Davie, but it would not take long, and he would do my repair afterwards. I reached out to him around noon and he said he was still on the first call. Then later he called me and said that he was going to the supply house and asked if I wanted him to pick up my pump. When I said yes, he asked me to Zelle him $1388. I checked around and that Glouds Pump can be purchase for between $600 - $700. I felt like he asked me for the money to lock in the job, because now I would have to do it with him. I reached out to him a couple of more times throughout the day. Then he finally told me that he would be heading to my house after 3:15 pm. He finally arrived at my house after 5:30 pm almost two hours later. Then his guy cut a pipe and water spoored all over the garage. Juan just stood there watching. He made no attempt to stop the water, move my items that were now getting wet, or clean up the mess it made. Finally, when the repair was done, he asked me to Zelle him another $429. I guess when he saw that I lived in a nice house, the price for the repair went up! Overall, they were friendly and did replace my well pump. However, they were terrible about keeping their time commitment, they were very messy, and I felt like their pricing scheme was dependent on your economic level. Next time I would use someone else.

We ended up needing a new water filter system, it was ordered and installed in a timely manner, the only issue was there were leaks in the new pipes that were installed and it took a month to get fixed.

These guys are just terrific! Very knowledgeable about water treatment systems. We live "way down" in the Keys -- and Juan and Dan drove back and forth twice in two days -- with a smile on their faces!!! Juan and his assistant are exceptional and conscientious. Kudos to these two for a job well done!

Juan was responsive which I appreciated because my well pump went out on Easter weekend, and he and his assistant were able to locate a pump and install it. It was a difficult removal because of location and it was anchored in concrete and they worked hard and explained the operation in conjunction with the softener very well.
