He has done both bathrooms, behind the washer and sinks. Jay is excellent. He is professional, is a hard worker. and never tells us no. We would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them.

Jay fixed my sink problem quickly and gave me great advice and suggestions on how to avoid blockages. He also displayed infinite patience with my condo office and their rules and procedures. I always recommend Action Plumbing to all my co-workers and neighbors.

These guys were prompt and listened to the concerns I had with my bathroom shower and kitchen sink.  They were able to fix the issue in my shower and even did proper re-caulking around my toilet, sinks, and shower.  They also cleaned everything up, so that is was easy for me.   I was happy with the work.

What a pleasure it was to have Jay work on our home.  Our cast iron pipes had rusted through and were leaking through the slab. Jay's team came in and cut a trench through the house and replaced the cast iron pipes.  Along with that, he also redid the plumbing in the laundry room and the kitchen.  He stayed true to his(shockingly brief) time table and his (incredibly reasonable) budget estimate.  Jay was also ALWAYS available to answer any questions.  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.  I NEVER write reviews, but it was so important to me to let people know that Jay is an honest, reliable, and highly skilled plumber who excels at the "big" jobs that seem so daunting to homeowners.

As usual, Jay arrived on time and addressed the issue.  He wore booties, cleaned up after himself, and was professional in all respects.

The tenant alerted me to the problem in the days leading up to Christmas.  So I found Action Plumbing on Angie's List.  The phone attendant was really nice, sort of down home personable.  Unfortunately they were flooded with calls just ahead of the holiday and she offered to refer me to someone else.  I'm diehard Angie's List, so I said no thanks.  So she scheduled me for the next available, the following Monday morning.  BTW, she was also nice enough to offer to try to fit me in in the case that other appointments ended early, but no such luck. 
Monday morning, she called me to remind me that the plumber was on the way to the house.   The plumber arrived at the house on time, diagnosed the problem, and went to work.
I spoke to him after he completed the job and he gave me the price.  I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't sort of demand payment on the spot - I actually offered to call into the office to give me CC info.  I called, gave the same phone attendant my card information and that was it.  Oh, and I got a nice Angie's List discount!

Had to reschedule twice, once by me and once by contractor but, fortunately, ours was not a critical problem. I left them a voice mail on the Sunday prior to Monday visit but they didn't seem to get it and the contractor was on his way.

Action Plumbing came recommended and they did a good job the first time.  Since then, we've called four times over a span of 3 days and had no response.  We've also called their "Emergency" number twice which is suppose to get you a call back within 15 minutes and no one has responded.

It went great!  Jay was very professional and nice.  He took care of everything in a timely manner and efficiently.  Jay was very personable and offered advice with other plumbing concerns I had.  I thought that from the moment I received a call back from Jeannie to make the appt. through the actual service, I was glad I contacted this company.  So far everything is working well.  I would definitely call them again!

The plumber showed up right on time (driving through rush hour traffic from Homestead to Sunny Isles).  He assessed the problem, got his equipment, and fixed the leak within minutes. No service charge, and the best rate that I could have asked for. I asked him to look at other issues and I am retaining them to fix the rest of the plumbing issues that I have throughout my home. Very respectful and courteous as well!

I always use Action Plumbing and have been recommending them to others for several years.  Their prices are more than reasonable and they do expert work.  
When I called they scheduled me for next day service and Jay arrived promptly as always.  He installed the new kitchen faucet which entailed working in a VERY small cramped area under the sink in my condo.  The contractor I used 3 years ago did not design the area well but Jay still managed to install the faucet expertly--despite the exceedingly small hole in the countertop for the faucet to fit through.  Then I mentioned to Jay that my toilet was running and he took care of that, too, even though that wasn't what I scheduled him for and his time today was tight.  That's just the kind of guy he is--always cheerful, knowledgable and willing to help.  And believe me my pet peeve are folks who complain the entire time they're working at my house--sometimes about the job but just as often about their family, politics, etc.  Jay is a breath of fresh air.  He's always upbeat, friendly and professional.

The plumber arrived and at the time he was on his way home when he got the call since it was his birthday. He worked on my problem anyways. He had to go to home depot to get some parts he did not5 have on his truck. This was the day before Thanksgiving and we were expecting many guests the next day. He saved our holiday.

The plumber (whose name escapes me) showed up on time and was professional throughout the visit. He had difficulty removing the broken sink faucet but eventually did so. He then installed the new faucet (which I had purchased), cleaned up and left. The whole visit took less than two hours.

Jay diagnosed the problem and had to replace the complete shower handle and the plate that attached it to the wall. He also removed the large amount of calcium deposits that had built up in the shower head and water line.

Jay was excellent and reasonably priced...would definitely use again.

Jay came twice to the house and worked for several hours to resolve the problems in the least expensive way for me. He totally worked around my schedule, and it was a very good experience. I highly recommend Action Plumbing. A+ in all respects!

Called at least 6 other plumbers and I guess they thought  people are made of money. Disgusting.  Action was Great. Start to finish very quick. and very reasonable I now have a plumber forever.
