"Ok, so its been a year and its about time I write a review and I will keep it short. I bought the spa from Rec Spa and Pool at a home show. My wife wanted a spa for many years and now it was her anniversary. I let her pick it out and negotiate it, and of course, she went top of the line. They treated her great and she was so excited. They made the purchase easy with no problems and easy payment terms. Their installation people were great, as was their recommended electricians (more like outstanding). Great purchase and the owner Mike Hanson and his right hand man Ed, are great to deal with. So now a year later... I have had a couple of minor and one major problem with the spa. Their service was always impeccable and was usually completed within a few days. No arguments, just fixed (parts replaced) in a timely manner. Nego, the service tech is tops in my book. So take it from me, these guys are great and both my family and my neighbors love the spa."
