The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. They installed the entire system in approx. 2 hours and went over all operation instructions and what to expect with the new softener. "In 2013 They installed a new water heater in my house. Unfortunately last Saturday we could not get hot water anywhere in the house. We called them since they have a 24 hour service but their hourly rate is about 150% more than regular so we decided to wait, and made an appointment for their next available regular day which was just two business days later. We spent the whole 4th of July long weekend without hot water but in the Florida heat that was not a huge problem this time of the year. They showed up at the promised time. Actually it was a He. His name is Andrew. He inspected the unit and he told me what the problem was. He honored the warranty part that covered the unit and explained the why for the other charges to which I agreed. He went to work and replaced several parts explaining everything. Clean, fast and efficient. We have hot water again. "Bradford has been our "family" plumber for several years, and when we remodeled our home we sent out several bids and he was competitive so we jumped a the opportunity to use him. Dave is a one man show who does all the work himself for most jobs. His work is quality, he is always on time and he'll give you a strait evaluation of your situation without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Because of the large job he brought in the occasional helper(ever try to install a tub by yourself?)and they were just as professional. All work passed inspection with only one small issue requiring re-inspection. Dave worked well with the other contractors and wasn't shy about letting me know when he thought something could be done better(a life saver because I wasn't using a general contractor)."
