"I cannot say enough positive things about Pro-Tech Roofing. Our roof inspection was great but we had some broken Spanish tile that needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I was contacted by 2 other companies and they felt the job wasn t big enough so they simply couldn t be bothered. I was ready to be told the same thing only to be pleasantly surprised. Gretel responded quickly and was incredibly professional and very kind. She asked me what the time frame was I needed the job completed by and I advised the sooner the better. She told be she would have two roofers out on Monday morning (my call was made on Friday) between 8:30 and 9:30 and that no job was too small. I advised that there were maybe 4-6 broken tiles but there were actually 8-9. They removed and replaced the tiles flawlessly and placed the new tiles in their place. She contacted me within half hour of their departure and Lazaro provided before and after photographs as well as a detailed report of the work completed.
