They handled everything about the HOA approval and the building permit. They also cut back a gutter a little and re-capped it to get clearance around one of my windows. One of the other providers said I'd have to get that done on my own. I ordered beige shutters on every window except for one window for which I wanted ivory because it would sit on an ivory-trimmed window. They mistakenly brought out all beige shutters. When I pointed out the mistake, they had their shop cut ivory shutters for that window and brought them out and got them installed before the end of the day. No push-back or complaints at all on their end."

Joe explained the process of how the doors are made and when we would received them(Hurricane Irma) had just hit the Westcoast of Florida so our doors would be delayed which I totally understood. Joe kept in touch with ya during the whole process. The doors finally came in and Joe arrived on time and installed every door with his worker. During the installation of the sliding glass doors he recommended that we replaced our front door.(which we did) He sold us the front door and even installed it.
