Mike from Zack's Sliding Door went above and beyond to make sure the sliding doors rolled level and true. Without knowing the issues the unlevel track caused with the locking mechanisms, Mike adjusted all the locking hardware I have on the doors. It was truly a professional experience.

Zack did a great job at a reasonable price. He replaced the rollers on two, large sliding glass doors. Plus, better aligned the tracks and chiseled away some interference areas that were rubbing against the sliding door frames. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. Good personality to go along with his work ethics.

Zack was super helpful and knowledgeable about how to fix door. The quoted price was a bit high but when he had to add more parts, we thought the price too high. Final outcome was wonderful. Only one detail that was overlooked - you should have cleaned the area before leaving. All in all, I recommend Zack.
