BEST of all, we bid each project separately, and the Earth Effects bids (owner Jerry Johnson) came in about 1/3 LESS than the next lowest. Jerry is exceptionally knowledgeable about what works whether in shade or full sun, which plants/flowers are best, both seasonal and perennials, and gave great advice of how to maintain what his company put in for us. Jerry has the eye of of a poet, with functional planting designs that are simple, and beautiful. Great company. Great price. Great work."
