"Excellent. It was during peak summer pool season, July and August and they got it done. The patio is phenomenal, beyond what we ever expected! Gorgeous sandblasted marble tiles. And BlueWater made it affiradable for us. Our odd shaped pool made creating a sun shelf somewhat difficult, but Kevin helped us work it out and we are thrilled with the results. The pool refinishing is beautiful. One tile was even eschew and Kevin is right on it making sure the finished product was perfect. Would totally use again and recommend."

"Initially different roofing folks visited and gave me price quotes which was too expensive. Realized it was mere wood work and called Carl. Sent the picture details and he was immediate to respond. I was convinced and did not think further and gave a date and time to take up the job. The work was done today. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. The job was done in 4 hours. Plus he painted and caulked on all the newly worked area. I would highly recommend him.

"Panda sent a guy to assess the damage and make an estimate of repair. He took pictures, fully explained to me what they would do and assured me that their work would be guaranteed for several years. After I accepted the proposal they sent two young men who clearly were experienced in roof repair. They tore up the old shingles, showed me the rotten subsurface plywood and then removed it. They put in a new 4' by 8' section of plywood and added some extra support rails under the replaced piece just for extra insurance. New vents were installed with flashing and then they put down the water block underlay roofing paper. They had searched for similar shingles to replace as closely with the existing shingles color as possible. Wonderful job. Good people. Would recommend highly."
