"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"My yard has never looked so good, and it's all thanks to Jerry. He is down to earth in two senses of the phrase -- a super-nice, unpretentious guy as well as a veteran landscaper who knows trees, plants and sod from the ground up. He quickly had a vision for my neglected front yard, worked within my price range, and brought it all to life. Best of all, he chose plants that not only looked great but also have weathered this withering Florida heat. I got three quotes before I chose Jerry, and I just trusted him (and his wife Nancy) immediately. Great couple, great company, great work!"

"We had a water line break behind a wall. Had repairs attempted by a "handy man". That didn't go well. Called Larry Seebach to help us out. We have used Larry in the past to paint both the outside and inside of our home in Boca Square. Each time we have been very happy with his work ethic, price and timeliness of completing the work at hand. I highly recommend Larry for any painting you require for your property."

"Devi and Pedro are amazing! Pedro and his guys did an great job on the painting. They were punctual, thorough and neat. They removed all fixtures outside and taped things that could not be removed. Their cleanup was perfect. Devi was always very responsive and accommodating to requests I had. I would recommend this team to anyone and will hire again when I need painting done inside or outside my house."

"Richard and his guys at all pro pool and pavers were absolutely amazing . I was looking to remodel my pool deck which currently had knockdown on top of the Chattahoochee floor . Richard recommended euro tile and showed me so pictures and I fell in love . We agreed on a price (which was very affordable compared to other quotes I got ) and he got to work on the day he said they would . The job took 3-4 days as he said it was going to take and the floor came out flawless . I couldn’t be happier ! Thank you Richard and all pro pool and pavers for making my dream pool deck a reality ! Jonathan"

"I absolutely loved working with them. Unlike most other vendors, they were super courteous, super responsive, amazingly efficient and honest. I have already recommended them to my friends in the complex. It helps that they did a very good job as well ! Highly recommended."

"I had two doors to be home without the frame. He came and did a very good job. The only reason why I gave A B for quality was one door was put on upside down. Which was fixed before he left"

"They are GREAT -- from management to lawncare personnel!!! Always on time, always courteous, always prompt, and always thorough at very reasonable prices"

"This is the second time I gave used Floors by Dave, and once again he did a FANTASTIC Job. No guess work here, you know exactly what the job entails and when it will be completed. We were given an estimate and time frame to do the job and Dave was right on point. Dave gave us Great Service in every way at a Great price. Professional, Polite, Punctual, Friedly, Courteous, and Super Efficient! You won't find anyone better than Floors By Dave! Highly, Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!"

"We had a renovation done on an old spanish home and there were lots of little things that were done poorly or were missed entirely. We hired Eyal to come out for a few days of work and took care of most everything that was remaining. He saved our butts on a granite bar top where the granite installers flaked out on us and never came back to put it up. We got matching granite tiles and he built the bar by hand. It looks fabulous.
He has great attention to detail and does quality work. He's there when he says he's going to be there and works a full day. Honest and trustworthy... Definitely recommend.
