"We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

"As a former employee, that was supposed to be a "FIELD SUPERVISOR", I was basically just a part of a COMPLAINT DEPT.! Complaints far too numerous and would never stop. The product they sold was very shoddy, often coming from the factory already damaged, yet the installers were instructed to install them just the same. Half the installation teams did lousy work as well, adding to a miserable experience. Repeated failed inspections, unresolved complaints, yet they wanted customers to pay in full within 30 days even though MONTHS would go by with no satisfactory result. I would definitely spend my money elsewhere!"

"Representative came to estimate new asphalt roof and soffit repair. First told us the would not reattach our gutters because the holes won’t line up. Then said they could repair the tea soffits because of our pool cage. I asked how a company that sells and installs gutters can’t simply reattach ours and she had no answer . Also asked why an experienced contractor remove a dozen screws holding the pool cage to the roof then reattach them she said they just don’t do that work. Finally she gave us an estimate of over twice as much as two other companies. This is twice as much for one third less work given what they can’t do. Urge people avoid this company."
