"This was a big project. We have 3 - 10'x 8' sliding patio doors, the doors are extremely heavy. All required new sliding hardware, and one set of doors was frozen in place. We had a set of tracks that was severely twisted and bent. Tal assessed the project and brought in his crew to help with the removal of the panels. The process took a full day. I had just had the frame painted a week ago, so Scott very carefully removed the frame so as not to damage the wood, put the door back in, and the frame back together. "This company was terrific to deal with and did excellent work. I explained the problem with my sliding glass door to Adam over the phone. Someone had apparently tried to force a door open when it was locked with the pin. It ended up misaligned with the casement and I couldn't move it more than an inch or two. I texted pictures to Adam who said he believed it could be repaired for $500 to $1000. I thought something must be bent and the window would have to be replaced, but Adam was right. He sent someone out who explained exactly what was wrong and what my choices were. One door was off its track, and the tracks were rough and gritty. Choices were to put stainless steel covers on 0, 1, or 2 tracks and to replace the rusty rollers on the underside on 0, 1, or 2 doors. I decided to have him put covers on both tracks and to replace rollers on one of the doors. He thoroughly cleaned everything and did the work. The doors move easily and smoothly and are perfectly aligned."
