High quality workmanship at a reasonable price. We needed a fence and gate repaired which were damaged by hurricane Milton. Mikalai went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We were able to salvage our previous gate however, it had always been a bit short and left a gap for our little dogs to go beneath. I didn't want to buy a new gate and just planned to live with the problem and not let the dogs roam the backyard. WIithout me even mentioning this issue to Mikolai, he noticed the gap and suggested altering the gate by adding a decorative piece at the bottom for no additional charge. The gate looks so much better and our yard is secure for the dogs. Mikolai is a pro dedicated to customer service and perfection. I highly recommend him.

I hired Mikalai to replace a patio screen door that was damaged from hurricane Milton. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and professional. He purchased the door for me, retrofitted the frame, and replaced all the door hardware. I showed him another interior bifold closet door that I wanted to get fixed at a future date and he went so far as to repair it and did not charge me for it. He cleaned up when he was done. When I told him that we could not row away the damaged patio door in the compactor because I would get fined, he offered to dispose it for only $20. He provided an invoice that did not include any surprise charges. I am very happy with my repair and have already talked with him about doing a future painting project for my condo. The pictures include 2 ?before? and the ?after? which is the pretty white door that looks new lol.

Mikola is a great handyman. He came out to my Condo and after going over the projects I needed I knew immediately he was the right person for the job. Mikola is very professional, a good communicator and very detail oriented. He’s a very hard worker and takes pride in his work. I appreciated that he checked in with me often to make sure he was doing things exactly as I wanted or to answer any questions that I had. He is so efficient not wasting any time and working 7 hrs straight without a break for 2 days. I’m very happy with how everything came out. I will be calling him back as I have a few other things I would like done. He’s multitalented and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him.

100% will hire again. I had a fantastic experience with Mikola LLC, everything from the communication to the attention to detail was impressive. He was very respectful of my space, asked permission as he moved furniture, checked in throughout the project and had a great outcome. My HOA replaced my bedroom ceiling after the hurricane but left the drywall uneven and unfinished. It was a small job that a regular painting company would not take on so I was thrilled that Mikola did such a great job smoothing the drywall joints and painting.
