"We hired Rowland & Sons Tree Service to grind a huge tree stump and then level the area were the stump was and we could not be more pleased with their work. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We had a team of three (mom, dad, and son) who worked together to get the job done. In addition to grinding and leveling we asked them to save the soil/sawdust which they did happily and placed it in containers which we provided. They saved our sod which we easily replanted. I highly recommend Rowland & Sons for this type of work."

"I have used Mid-Florida tree service for years and loved them, but this time I dealt with a new arborist-in-training since the arborist I have always worked with was unavailable. I requested the removal of a low-hanging branch, but, due to a 50/50 misunderstanding, the wrong branch (a cherished, fern-covered, beautiful branch that gave me privacy from the neighbors) was removed. Further, the crew damaged our gate/fence with the truck and left deep ruts in our yard. 
Though all these things were distressing, I would not be writing this review except for the arborist's lack of follow-through. The work was done on Monday, and that day, he apologized about the branch, and I told him that, given everything, I thought we were due a partial refund. I planned to use the money to purchase a large staghorn fern or two and heavy-duty hangers to fill the empty spot. He said he'd look into the refund and promised that the fence and ruts would be repaired that week. I never heard back from anyone that week. The next week, after he got my message from the week before, he did send out a man who did an excellent job repairing my fence and gate, and that man left some buckets of dirt for us to fill the ruts ourselves. I spoke with the arborist a second time, and he said he'd look into a partial refund. No one has ever contacted me again.
I am disappointed with the lack of response from Mid-Florida Tree Service.

"The two trees on the side are shade blocking the sun make it difficult for any grass to grow under them. I am changing to a different more shade tolerant grass in Oct or November for that area. I had used them before to trim the trees but I never assume everything as far as licensing is the same. When you are trimming trees overhanging your house you have to be careful. They have an Arborist which is also important. I could not tell you how many people came to do the job with no current license. They left it, could not find it or it had expired. Rebecca gave me hers for her company and I checked and it was valid. She even arranged to do some minor leveling stump grinding to make it easier for the riding mower and for the grass to lie flat when I plant it in the fall and they did not even break any of my inground sprinklers. i even added my 4 palms and my Robellini. TOP CLASS WORK!"

"Man what a great job Mr Parker did with his crew. Showed up the date and time we set up. His crew did a great job ,clearing the tree ,and putting it in the median. This was a storm damaged tree. I will hire him again. He also gave a quote for another damaged tree."

Michael Greenlee is the owner and was on site. His crew is very professional. Michael and his team are firemen, so I was glad to do business with them. This is a relatively new but truly outstanding company."

"I will definitely call Asbel for my future tree service needs and will recommend Experience Tree Service to my friends without reservation. Asbel and his team are fantastic. I began my project inviting 3 different companies to evaluate the job and provide quotes. Experience Tree Service, Asbel in particular, was so professional and gave me confidence that I didn't get from the other two companies and, lucky for me, he also submitted the lowest of the 3 bids (although another company called many times offering to lower his bid in order to get the job; maybe he should have given a more appropriate bid initially). Asbel and his team of 5 arrived on time and got right to work. They were prepared for the large job with more trucks and equipment than I could have imagined. Asbel was even flexible enough that he was willing to add removal of another tree that wasn't in our original plan. Work was going on everywhere revealing a well thought out project plan and optimal use of men and equipment. All members of the team were professional, demonstrated an impressive work ethic, and a remarkable tolerance for the Florida heat. Many trees were removed (after Asbel obtained the necessary permits) and stumps were ground with impressive clean-up. Years of neglected growth of weeds and shrubs were removed from the property fence lines doing a thorough job while showing respect for neighbors fences. At the end of the day, the amount of work they accomplished was impressive, as was their clean up and attitude."
