"Man what a great job Mr Parker did with his crew. Showed up the date and time we set up. His crew did a great job ,clearing the tree ,and putting it in the median. This was a storm damaged tree. I will hire him again. He also gave a quote for another damaged tree."

The man from El Cheapo was confrontational from the start....instead of listening to my request, he TOLD me what ALL my trees needed. His quote on the 2 oak tree trimmings I requested was $300 more than Jag. A second quote request was from a text solicitation. They would not respond to my request for a phone call. #3 arborist didnt have the necessary equipment. He, also, referred me to another arborist. This gentleman's quote was also $300 more than Mr. Pruitt's/Jag. Summary, NO one else had the professional personality or used photo documentation as an additional means to communicate my request to the work crew. Heather even called to say the guys would be about 15min to my job. Brian, Jacob and Ryan walked tree to tree with me to verify my request....even going back to touch up a limb.
