Great team. On time for both estimate appointment and work. Removed everything including all debris. Protected surrounding structures and plants. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.

JAWS was very knowledgeable of the process, the permits required from the city and the written permission we needed from the neighbor. The phone was always answered promptly or if I had to leave a message the call was returned immediately. The staff was very pleasant. The work was done on Monday and the stump ground on a Tuesday. I was very impressed by the work done. The estimate was in line with two other companies. I selected JAWS because of they returned all calls promptly and answered all my questions. I deal with service people all the time and returning my calls is a high priority on my list. Thank you for your professional service. Eileen

Amazing. I've never had to hire someone to cut tree limbs and got a few estimates. It began with Jim coming down and walking through the job with me, providing the estimate. He was a pleasure to meet and extremely knowledgeable. Then scheduling with Shannon who was just as pleasant and finally with the guys that came down and did the job. They were awesome, friendly and very good a there jobs. i will definitely reach out to them first if ever needed and will be recommending them to friends and family. Pricing was on point, none of the others beat them and if any were close their level of customer service from the beginning should put them on top. Bottom line is they made the property look better than before they came, what more can you ask for and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

After my insurance approved the estimate, JAWS quickly arrived to remove the tree. It took the six-man team about five hours to remove and dispose of the tree. They had all the equipment they needed. The crew was competent and professional.

The estimate was obtained before Hurricane Irma was born. The estimator came out and was very nice and professional. Their quote was not the lowest I received, but not the highest either. We waited almost 3 weeks to sign contract. Once signed, a few days later, Irma became a threat and JAWS called and said they would be out within 2 days to prune the trees. They didn't make it, but called and came out the next day with an entourage! At least 10 workers, 3 large trucks and chipper converged on my property. The job was done quickly and correctly and a day before Hurricane Irma could prune my trees herself! Thanks, JA Weavers for a job well done!

The quality of the work was great and the crew did an excellent job making sure to pick up all of the debris – Thanks! The owner (Jim Weaver) is a quality guy and cares deeply about his work and profession. When an issue arose with my project I was immediately contacted multiple times and visited by Jim (personally) to rectify all issues. Would definitely recommend JAWS tree service. They were prompt and professional when coming out to quote the project and worked with me on my needs to clean and brighten up my small backyard. It was clear their crew knew the correct processes to get the project done quickly and safely. They even kept me up to date when their stump grinder broke and came back to grind the palm stump immediately once fixed.

Jim Weaver came to bid the job. He asked what I was hoping to accomplish then made some suggestons. His crew came out about a week later and did the work and left my yard and lawn perfectly clean. Mr. Weaver is an trained and licensed arborist who acts in a very professional manner. I will definitely call JAWS again.

We used JAWs when we were in the process of clearing the land for our new home about two and a half years ago. They are certified arborists and did an excellent job; consequently it was an easy decision to have them come back to trim our oak trees again.

We love JAWS and have used them for years. They are professional, Jim is a certified arborist and is great to work with. He knows the rules and regulations pertaining to the treatment of live oaks, of which we have two, and has a great relationship with the City. His team shows up on time, does the job well and cleans up too. We can't recommend them enough.

They were good. They trimmed my Oak tree. Previously I used another company and they said that we had to remove the tree because it was dying but J.A.W.'s Tree Service came and said it was fine and they just trimmed it. Thank God I called them because if it was not for them, I would have removed my Oak tree. They were professional and knew what they were talking about; they definitely knew trees.

I was very happy with them, I've used them several times. It was a big job and they've removed a tree about 2 years ago as well. They were right on time and everything. Their professionalism was excellent, I plan to use them in the future.

Jim came out in a very timely fashion, surveyed the work to be done, and gave us an estimate that was less than other estimates we had been quoted. He gave knowledgeable information re: the correct way to trim the trees (when last trimmed they "butchered" the trees) and was able to schedule the work to be done within a week. The crew was here a day and a half, were receptive to requests by the residents (re: clean-up) and did an excellent job of cleaning up. The crew were professional and polite.

I HAVE USED JIM WEAVER'S TREE SERVICE FOR ALMOST A DECADE, AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. JIM IS A CERTIFIED ARBORIST WHO GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO KEEP TREES HEALTHY, AND TO EDUCATE HOMEOWNERS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPER TRIMMING TO THE SURVIVAL OF THEIR TREES. HE IS PROMPT AND RELIABLE, AND HIS EMPLOYEES ARE COURTEOUS. THE CREWS ALSO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING UP MY YARD AFTER THEY HAVE TRIMMED, SO I DON'T HAVE TO COME BEHIND AND GATHER UP LEAVES, LIMBS AND OTHER DEBRIS MYSELF.
