Excellent service. Estimate done on time fair price. work scheduled. Five people came With large equipment. They worked nonstop for 2-3 hours. All took care to avoid damaging any landscape lighting or sprinklers. They trimmed everything discussed and more. The roof and driveway were spotless when they left. Best experience would definitely use again.

The quote was given on date and time promised, and they came in significantly cheaper than the two other companies with a Certified Arborist from whom I obtained quote. Work was done great, including clean-up. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Work was completed quickly and professionally. Only issue was after the initial estimate they didn't call back to schedule the actually work I had to call them. However, once the work was scheduled they arrived on-time and did a great job. Would hire again.

The estimator (Richard) was polite, timely and reasonable in price. The office staff was great in obtaining the insurance info I needed. The foreman (George) and the crew was timely, professional and completed the trimming using the correct safety harnesses and ropes for large limbs. Hauling, chopping limbs and cleanup was completed as promised. Great job.

Everything went well. They got TECO out to get one of the trees prepared (limbs away from power lines) quickly. They were comparatively reasonable in price, did what they said they would do in the time they said it would take. I will have them out to take out 2 more trees soon. I'm completely happy with the work.

They came when they said they would for the quotes and work. It was a large job and there were several different crews used throughout the job. The bucket truck was not working either day when they did the work, so they had to have one guy manually operate the boom, so work was not delayed. One of the crews was pretty sloppy and did some damage to house gutter and landscape curbing; and sprinkler line under stump got damaged when stump was ground. We negotiated a settlement adjustment on the final price due to the damage done. We sat outside and watched the whole time, which I'm glad we did as we saw when damage actually happened, but as I said when we pointed out the damage Tom was good at adjusting the final price. For the most part, the crews were good at cleaning up each time when they were done (even when leaving for lunch break), with the exception of the one crew. This was the second time we have used them.

Was a bit concerned when supervisor showed up and said bucket truck was not operational but they were working on getting another. He gave instructions to crew and did not mention one large branch that was rubbing on another that we were going to remove and specifically told them not to touch overhanging limbs over neighbors driveway. I corrected him in private and he went back and supposedly corrected instruction to crew. I had been told job would take an entire day and the next morning to finish. Crew removed some dead wood in one oak over roof but not much else from 9 to 11am. Bucket truck showed up at 11 and things seemed to pick up. Palms were pruned and moved on to large oak. I had to leave at 2 but asked foreman to be sure they would take care of overhang and large branch and sprouts in lower portion of tree. He said "of course. I came back at 3 and they were gone. Very little overhang removed, large branch not removed. I would dispute whether either oak was "elevated". Neighbors said they packed up soon after I left. They did not come back. One guy cutting for less than 5 hours (they took lunch). Very very disappointed.

It went very well. The initial estimate on time for permit removal was 3 weeks, but within 1 week they were calling to make the appointment. We were unavailable for a week so the next Monday, they came and cut down the tree and trimmed the other. The next day they did the grinding of the stump. Very happy with the work.

Each person we spoke with was very professional (estimator, office staff and the tree crew leader). The only hitch was having to call them a couple of times to get updates on permitting, scheduling etc. Very responsive to the calls though.
