When I contacted Cornerstone Plumbing to discuss a partial refund based on the uncompleted services, the conversation with management was brief and unproductive. Shortly after I submitted a one-star review on Google, I received an email from the company's office manager referencing unrelated reviews I had written about other businesses, along with a warning about potential legal consequences for posting public feedback. I found this response both inappropriate and concerning, particularly given the unresolved nature of the issue.
