"When I first spoke to the Sunpro, it was about the roof over my enclosed porch that had a leak and I was given a price. Then it was noticed that my roof had some spots that needed attention. I was given an additional price if I had both roofs taken care of at one time and one price if I wanted to wait to have the roof done at another time. After talking to my husband, we decided to have it all done at one time. Just 2 days after both roofs were taken care of we had some heavy rain and not one leak."

"My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. "Rainier Roofing did a great job of roofing our 100-year-old home in Tampa. Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing."
