Steve is great! He called me immediately upon receiving my information, he asked questions about the issues I was having and listened to what I said. He was able to get me scheduled within a day and arrived within the time frame he promised. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He completed the work quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards, even though I told him I would do it, he insisted. And the price was very reasonable! I will definitely use top tier again and I will be sure to recommend them to all my friends!
