"Very unprofessional, Very unreliable, Lacks integrity, truthfulness and trustworthiness. Will not recommend or hire again. I have done some minor repairs of windows before with this company and was not a big deal , did not involve major installation or deposit , so never had a problem. However this time around I paid for impact windows installation that was supposed to be completed in 6- 8 weeks. Right from after the deposit was paid, communication stopped. I heard nothing more from them regarding permit filing and all the paper works for HOA even though I paid for permit. I had to call their office several times without any response. After 8 weeks there was still no response. It was not until I asked for a refund that Mike eventually hurriedly sent some people (not sure if they work for him) to come and install the windows. Half way through the installation , I noticed they had not installed the screens , asked them where the screens where, they said they forgot to bring it, called Mike , only to learn the screens where yet to be shipped and the man from the warehouse will be installing the screen when it arrives. It was unbelievable! I told them I will never allow that. Finally the installers came back the next day and installed the screens. Then I asked for the inspection papers and time. Another lies and lies of dates that never materialized. I eventually called the inspectors office , only to learn permit was not fully completed or picked up and so work cannot be inspected until their expired documents were submitted. I followed up with Mike again until the inspection was finally done . Time frame was 4 months. It was a horrible experience. Every conversation was unreliable and untruthful. Will not recommend to anyone that values Professionalism and integrity in business. This was a nightmare!"
