We are a small family oriented business that focuses on making sure our customers are 100 percent satisfied and ensuring that they receive the products they are looking for. We are fully licensed and insured. We do not sub out any work that we do. We take pride in the work that we provide and our employees do as well. "Once the work was started it took 3-4weeks for them to complete 8windows. Only 1 guy installed all the windows. They did not meet the time frame I was promised. There were missing parts so it was not a smooth installation. The work itself was good but it was a huge inconvenience. Then the screen repair was supposed to be done in 1 day (for condo patio) and the mat timeline was also delayed and it took a few days to complete. The rubber spline came out 2 weeks after it was replaced and they had to come back to fix it. I was not pleased with this service."
