We do remodeling and retrofit installations, as well as design build consultation and new construction installation. Excellent experience from start to finish! Ended up doing my mom's house as well with this company shortly after. they also took care of the paperwork to apply for the rebates I was approved for. I recommend this company for a quality install, they delivered what they promised, which is all I want from a company. hard to do these days!

I initially wanted to do the whole house windows and doors but decided to the windows first because there was so many. I'll be doing my slide doors next. Crew that did the installation always cleaned up and covered everything to reduce the dust and mess. I'm very happy with the way things went and they will be doing my slide doors and front door in the next few months.

The came around 10 am and left around 5:30 pm finished the job in one day cleaned up and met with the inspector a week later.
Workmanship and work ethic was exceptional .I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
The building inspector commented on the workmanship and how they cleaned up.

I hired Jonathan Pipping of M&A Windows to replace a sliding glass door with hurricane impact french doors. I was not advised by Jonathan that he did not accept credit cards and only accepted cash or check until right before installation and long after I had signed the contract. Not a big deal, but, in light of the cost of the job, it would have been nice to know beforehand. It took Jonathan's two employees nine and one-half hours (from approximately 9:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.) to install the door, and they seemed to be having a hard time and didn't know what they were doing. (I had a similar door installed in a former home, and it only took the contractor four hours for the installation). My husband and I were not happy with the installation-the door handle was loose, the door was extremely hard to lock, the door creaked when it was opened/closed, and was not balanced properly. We advised Jonathan of this, and he sent two different employees out to correct the problems a week or so later. However, the door jam has permanent scratches all over it from the employees trying to get the door to close/lock properly. A couple of months after the installation, we had a wind-driven rainstorm, and the door leaked and the interior caulking, as well as some drywall, became wet and ultimately discolored. After the storm, my husband and I noticed that the exterior of the door had NOT BEEN CAULKED AT ALL! I sent an e-mail to Jonathan and called PGT Wingard to complain since Jonathan is one of their dealers. Jonathan sent two of his employees out and they caulked the door on the exterior but didn't really clean up the mess on the interior. I recently noticed that they still neglected to caulk one entire side of the exterior of the door! MOST IMPORTANTLY, I THINK IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT JONATHAN CHARGED ME SALES TAX IN THE AMOUNT OF $208.94 WHICH I HAVE DISCOVERED IS NOT PERMITTED AND IS IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATUTE 12A-1.051. HE ALSO CHARGED ME $300 ON THE CONTRACT FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT, WHICH I FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT ONLY COST $131.29. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS CONTRACTOR WITH THE STATE'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, AS WELL AS WITH PGT WINGARD SINCE HE IS ONE OF THEIR DEALERS. **PLEASE NOTE THAT CONTRACTORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO CHARGE SALES TAX TO CUSTOMERS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA PURSUANT TO STATUTE 12A-1.051.**

I recommend supervisor Israel and installer Frank who handled everything including permits and scheduling inspector. Quote on June 14, installed July 2-4, inspected July 8 with zero problems. Fast work. Always punctual. Very thoughtful of people in house, working around late sleepers, etc. Removal of old windows involved much hammering, drilling, cutting yet they did not break one window tile. Two man crew vacuumed while cutting to reduce dust, put down mats, covered china cabinet, etc. Install went smoothly with correct parts available at site or next day. After install, they cleaned up, washed windows and frames.
They left the house with zero debris inside and outside. Another crew July 8 arrived on time and prepped all doors and windows for county inspector (which they had scheduled beforehand, anticipating correct completion date.) Crew removed screw plate covers to show details needed for hurricane-type windows, one waited for inspector and followed him around to answer questions if needed. The installers also took pictures showing underlying hurricane window bolts. None needed and the inspector examined 8 windows, 1 picture window, 1 door in 5 minutes with zero issues. After that, they replaced coverings. Next day they added added some extra screw coverings as promised, calling beforehand. I paid 50% on quote, 37% after install and the rest after inspection.
The company has multiple crews and does several jobs a day so they can handle problems/scheduling/parts as needed. The supervisor stops by checking on things things the day and updating us. Wish all contractors/repairmen were like this company.
