Get matched with top mold testing and remediation specialists in Tallevast, FL

"I waited to rate them until I received their report that came on the day they said I would get it. It was very comprehensive. They arrived on time and were very professional. They took their samples and pictures and discussed some areas for attention. Unlike some firms they did not try to sell me some duct cleaning or other remediation. They provided me an analysis with suggestions for follow up. It was exactly what I wanted when hiring them."

"Extraordinarily pleasant, competent and thorough. They really know the business. I was being advised by the builder one thing on mold presence and a home inspector another. Alpha2Omega solved it with expert testing results. Detailed pictures and itemized results. I am a senior and a veteran. They respected both. Thank you very much."

"I could not be happier that I chose American Air Conditioning & Restoration to clean my air ducts. Chris and Jeremy were soooooooooooo wonderful, polite, and professional. They were more than willing to do little "extras" that I couldn't reach. They had my house sparkling clean when they left. They vacuumed my entire house and dusted it entirely before they left. I would DEFINITELY hire American Air Conditioning again for any other projects!!! I just can't say enough Great Praises about how great Chris and Jeremy were."

"Jeff was very professional- felt comfortable with him and his knowledge of the air testing - I feel he was honest with report. Highly recommend."

"Mike was efficient and informative about what might be the cause of my sinus issues. As it turns out, the problem wasn't mold. Instead, it was the AirWick plug ins that Mike said were not good for my lungs or sinuses."

"Since we had not had professional remediation done on our Hurricane Michael flooded home and had done cleaning and stud treating ourselves, Thomas worked in the "cart before the horse" fashion in satisfying our testing needs. Luckily, from his years of working in remediation, he was able to tell us how to do a more thorough job of cleaning and ridding a few problem areas in our home after pre-testing and then post-testing to see if we had success in our mission. He was thorough, honest, and prompt in meeting with us for appointed times and was timely in getting the reports and certificate completed. Thanks to Thomas, we have a good bill of health from a MRSA certified specialist before we start enclosing our walls as we begin building back. Thomas is the man!!!"

"The company was very flexible working around my schedule. The tech made sure the weather was proper to conduct the air quality test, he was very thorough at collecting the mold samples, and explained the whole process."

"This company is Best In Class! They saved me from purchasing a home where the listing agent provided me with recent documentation of successful mold remediation a month prior to my contracting with Breath if Live Air Quality testing. This company showed up with less than 24 hours notice of a scheduled routine home inspection. They Turned preliminary results around in less than 36 hours and provided mapping of previously unidentified mold sources and moisture. As I continue to search for a home or condo I will definitely be using them again!!"
