The provider been the person that knows about the whole concept of this. She should have explained to me in the first place. I did not know there were 3 steps, it was not explained to me The provider should be upfront with the steps and the price of the 3 steps and not just the initial step. Now she is talking about a lot more money that I cannot afford. If she told me this on the fist place i would have chosen a cheaper alternative.

Amazing fast service with great communication

Originally I gave a low review due to a delay in getting the report, as it happened it was sent to the wrong email. All is well that ends well. I got immediate help from Tatiana and she also helped in remediating the situation by suggesting ways to get rid of the problem. Very satisfied.

I called them at noon on Thursday for a very urgent asbestos test after removing the flooring because my kitchen has been flooded. They managed to come the same day. The lady was super pro. They called to give me the results at 10AM the day after, and I was able to continue the work with no delay. I would have lost at least one week doing this check badly myself with a testing kit. This company is Best In Class!
