Think your home has mold? Not sure? Does someone have symptoms like headaches, sneezing, coughing, runny eyes or nose, fatigue? seeing unexplained spots? had a flood or water leak? Selling a home or buying a home? The only way to know for sure is to have mold testing done. We use infrared cameras, moisture meters, take air samples, use particle counters and perform surface testing to determine if you have elevated levels of mold. Our samples are sent to an independent microbiology laboratory, where the samples are analyzed under microscope. They provide us with a lab report indicating types and amount of mold found. Based in part on the lab report, we prepare a Mold Assessment Report for you. We are certified, licensed & insured.
