Luckily, from his years of working in remediation, he was able to tell us how to do a more thorough job of cleaning and ridding a few problem areas in our home after pre-testing and then post-testing to see if we had success in our mission. He was thorough, honest, and prompt in meeting with us for appointed times and was timely in getting the reports and certificate completed.
