Are inspection was on a newly built home. Art, our inspector, did a tremendous job and left no stone unturned! We recently had Art Eckert of CASA Home Inspect perform our complete home inspection prior to our one-year anniversary of our new home build. We found Art to be a totally professional, highly conscientious inspector who performed a thoroughly comprehensive inspection of our home, finding a good number of issues that we have not noticed. He also provided a thorough report including photos, detail in every item, which requires attention, in addition to those items which were found to be satisfactory. His attention to detail is outstanding, yet his pricing is completely reasonable. For those reasons, my wife and I unequivocally give Art our highest recommendation.

Art showed up a little ahead of schedule which was great. He took measurements and photos and emailed me the report. He explained different options to possibly save more on insurance cost.
