After the last hurricane, our home was in complete disarray with several water intrusions. My experience with the past hurricanes I knew that time was of the essence. I contacted Infinity restoration and had the pleasure of meeting Charles, his team did a complete inspection and evaluation of my property and insurance policy and presented a course of action. Within two days they were on the job taking care of the problem. I hope I never have to call again, but they will deliver on their promise… A+.

Charles and Raymond were extremely professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. All steps of the process were explained in detail and completely followed through on, to include a 12 hour day. They always ensured my safety first and have the best follow through of any company I have ever worked with. Charles was relentless to ensure to locate the source of the mold and was sure to be here to be sure to meet with the insurance adjuster to assist with all aspects of the claim. I would highly recommend Infinity Restoration and, as a matter of fact, all ready have.
