He was persistent in finding the leak and once found he did what was necessary to stop leak. Some drywall had to be removed and had to cut and go under slab to find leak. "We hired Joe Cole Plumbing to replace our 12-year-old 80 gallon electric water heater. We went with a 80 gallon Rheem hybrid that Joe Cole Plumbing had to order for us. Joe Cole Plumbing installed the new hybrid water heater within two days of it arriving from the manufacturer. The install went smoothly and they took away our old water heater. We love the new hybrid water heater. After about six days of usage, we are averaging under 3kWh per day for heating the new 80 gallon tank (at 130 degrees) with the side benefit of the heat pump discharging cool air that cools our garage.
