5 Star never kept me waiting around! They were the first to submit an estimate (it was the best price too, by the way!) and they always showed up and did the work exactly as promised. With subterranean termites, only time will tell how effective they were, but based on my experiences so far, I'm not worried.

Great company. They contacted me the same day. The next morning, they came to perform the inspection, determined the cause, and explained clearly the possible solutions. In the afternoon, they applied the products to control the termite infection. My problem was solved in 24 hours. I highly recommend this company.

In term of the job itself, It was an educational experience.. the owner was willing to teach and help you understanding the work that must be done.
