Had the great pleasure of meeting Nester who came to mend my leaking toilet and faucet, although the jobs were not huge he was the first plumber who dived in fixed it unlike the last two plumbers who recommended I just a get a new toilet. Price was really good and he is super nice friendly guy, I personally would not hesitate to recommend them thank you Nester.

Customer service was terrible, no one answers, and the answering machine is full. The technician came and did not complete the repair properly. had to have a different company come to complete the repair. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

My problem was a blown 50 gallon water heater. The communication with this company from the initial call to the final service was absolutely perfect. The worked diligently to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. Their price was competitive, and the job was done professionally and on time. Andre and Steve were my service technicians and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend R&J Plumbing.

We had a toilet replaced in the master bath. When inspected, the shut off at the wall needed to be replaced as well. All was accomplished quickly and we couldn't be happier with the work. Fair pricing and excellent service. Would use again and definitely recommend to others.

To homeadvisor, thanks. In an emergency you sent me 3 options to choose from and I picked R&J plumbing to have my water heater replaced. R&J replies promptly, was able to diagnose the problem on the phone and give me a price. Andre came out and showed me what was wrong, patiently answered my questions, and even put everything back in order in the area after replacing the wax ring on my toilet. I couldn t be more pleased with their service.

Drain Line Breakage Camera Locate
Best there is... R and J assisted me through locating a line break at one of my rental properties with a camera inspection due to recurring blockages. They helped me with the tedious permit process for this sizable job and of course did the plumbing re-pipe work for us. Not only is there customer service excellent but the plumbers are very professional and hard working. They also have done work for XXX a company I worked for for 40 years. The work performed has been to my total satisfaction
